在手機上分享音樂其實是一件很繁瑣的事情，想找一首歌，必須打開 YouTube app 複製連結，再貼到社交 app 上。簡單一個字形容就是「累」。
對於音樂愛好者來講，Spotify 與 Facebook Messenger 聯合推出的新功能讓音樂分享可以更直覺。在 FB Messenger app 的對話筐中，不論是安卓或是 iOS 用戶，都可以在「More」的選項內找到 Spotify app，點選後即可切換到 Spotify app 中尋找音樂並且分享。
一旦選定歌曲或是播放清單後，就可以選擇分享到 FB Messenger 上，選定好友後，FB 訊息上便會出現音樂連結圖片。屆時，友人只要點選圖片，就可以被傳送到 Spotify 上面享受音樂。
先前，Spotify 也曾與 Uber 合作，讓乘客可以在上車時，就透過 Spotify 選擇自己的音樂歌單。從 Spotify 的角度來講，與這些大咖合作，可以有效讓「聽音樂」變成一種更富社交色彩、生活角度的行為。從 FB 的角度來看，也可以藉由引進多方合作夥伴，讓 Messenger 變成一個更為全面的社交平台角色，此舉對雙方來說，皆是雙贏。

Inside the Messenger “More” section in chat threads, all iOS and Android users will now find a Spotify option. Tap it and they’ll be shuttled into Spotify’s app where they can “Search for something to share.” Once they select a song, artist or playlist, they’ll be popped back to Messenger with the option to share the photo of the cover artwork. When a friend taps that photo, they’ll be bounced over to Spotify to listen.
