每天晚上把腿靠在墙上,不仅能瘦腿,人也会越来越精神!

下面教大家怎么做

1.如果身体比较僵硬,腿离墙的距离可以略远一些;

3,让腿靠在墙上,并尽量保持垂直;

5.感受大腿及腹部的重心都从盆骨的后方渗透到躯干;

6这时闭上眼睛,让注意力慢慢集中到呼吸上,保持10-15分钟,然后放下两腿,曲膝,使双脚踩住墙并抬高臀部。然后放下臀部,呼气,起身回到坐姿。
