五一劳动节，三天的长周末很快又过去了。。。
我没有去那里，只待在岛国，得空去外面吃饭走走而已。。。
考试即将到来，还是让孩子们能多点时间待在家里温习功课。。
要该该就等六月暑假的到来吧。。。
最近的天气怪怪的，有时下雨有时又闷热到不行。。
这银耳糖水是我最常煮的，因为我喜欢，喝多不但可以润肺，
还可以养颜美容呢。。。
看到家里还有无花果干，随手丢几粒下去一起煮，
想不到还增添无花果的香气，不错！（注；谷歌了一下，无花果也是有润肺等作用）
无花果银耳糖水 食谱；
发好和洗净的银耳 约1饭碗无花果干 6-8粒（洗净，泡软剖开）
去核红枣6粒
清水 约半锅
冰糖适量
做法；
把全部的材料，除了冰糖，放入气压锅，
煮到针起，转中火煮约15分钟，熄火待针退了，开盖，加入冰糖即可。
小分享；
-各人的气压锅煮法不一样，请依自家的气压锅用法。
-如用一般的锅子，就煮至银耳软为止。
-买银耳时，要店家介绍软的，如万一买到硬脆的，
煮很久都还是硬脆，很难咀嚼，你可以放入搅拌机把它打烂，
倒出来是又香又滑的银耳糊也不错喝的。

Ingredients 200ml dairy Whipping cream 100g Marie biscuits 60g Condensed milk 1tsp vanilla essence Method ： 1. Crush Marie biscuits finely by bash it in a Ziploc with rolling pin. 2. Whip whipping cream to soft peaks over a larger bowl filled with ice cubes and water. Add vanilla extract and condensed milk Continue whipping until stiff peaks. 3. Transfer the cream into a piping bag. 4. Spoon a layer of biscuit into glass and pipe a layer of cream on top. Repeat until glass is filled.
