无花果银耳糖水




五一劳动节,三天的长周末很快又过去了。。。
我没有去那里,只待在岛国,得空去外面吃饭走走而已。。。
考试即将到来,还是让孩子们能多点时间待在家里温习功课。。
要该该就等六月暑假的到来吧。。。

最近的天气怪怪的,有时下雨有时又闷热到不行。。
这银耳糖水是我最常煮的,因为我喜欢,喝多不但可以润肺,
还可以养颜美容呢。。。
看到家里还有无花果干,随手丢几粒下去一起煮,
想不到还增添无花果的香气,不错!(注;谷歌了一下,无花果也是有润肺等作用)









无花果银耳糖水 食谱;

发好和洗净的银耳 约1饭碗
 无花果干 6-8粒(洗净,泡软剖开)
去核红枣6粒
清水 约半锅
 冰糖适量

做法;
把全部的材料,除了冰糖,放入气压锅,
煮到针起,转中火煮约15分钟,熄火待针退了,开盖,加入冰糖即可。

小分享;
-各人的气压锅煮法不一样,请依自家的气压锅用法。
-如用一般的锅子,就煮至银耳软为止。
-买银耳时,要店家介绍软的,如万一买到硬脆的,
煮很久都还是硬脆,很难咀嚼,你可以放入搅拌机把它打烂,
倒出来是又香又滑的银耳糊也不错喝的。

Ingredients 200ml dairy Whipping cream 100g Marie biscuits 60g Condensed milk 1tsp vanilla essence Method : 1. Crush Marie biscuits finely by bash it in a Ziploc with rolling pin. 2. Whip whipping cream to soft peaks over a larger bowl filled with ice cubes and water. Add vanilla extract and condensed milk Continue whipping until stiff peaks. 3. Transfer the cream into a piping bag. 4. Spoon a layer of biscuit into glass and pipe a layer of cream on top. Repeat until glass is filled.
